Medical waste, such as diapers, is indirectly heated and dried by blocking oxygen in the reduction chamber, achieving significant volume reduction. Due to indirect heating, there is no dust dispersion, and since incineration is not used, this is an environmentally friendly system that does not produce dioxins. The patented deodorization technology significantly reduces odors during heating, and the operating noise is quiet. Typically, managing and processing industrial waste incurs substantial costs, but by implementing this system, it is possible to significantly reduce processing costs, making it very economical. Both the reduction chamber and deodorization chamber have a double structure, ensuring high safety. The processing temperature inside the reduction chamber is low, around 180°C, and since there is no oxidation reaction, the equipment lasts longer. It is equipped with a vibration detection device for emergency response. Since there is no combustion (oxidation reaction) of the waste inside the reduction chamber, the processed material is not "ash" but rather combustible solid material. Most of the calorific value remains, allowing for the recycling of high-calorie solid fuel. Additionally, depending on the content of the processed material, recycling into feed or fertilizer is also possible.
